I telephoned at 10AM on Dec. 16th and was greeted by Mark. I asked if the E-3 was in stock, he replied that it was and did I have any questions. I replied that I had the order page at your site all filled in and ready to send, provided that the E-3 was in stock! Mark thanked me for the call, and I placed the order. The order was completed by 10:03AM About 1PM I received a call from your shipping department to verify my address information. Due to your reasonable shipping rates, I had requested next day air delivery. I was advised that the order would go out Monday morning. I received my package Tuesday as promised. On October 22nd I placed and order with you for a Garmin Nuvi 350....talked to Mark. He handled things in a very helpful and professional manner, the order was quick and easy. I ordered a canon lens via telephone. Your service representative was professional. He advised me that the lense was in stock, responded to a set of questions I asked, gave me what I asked for, and did not play any salesman games, even after I gave him the chance to do so (I suggested I was interested in a converter). I got a phone call about an hour later, and I said to myself, “uh oh, here comes the scam”. But your follow-up call merely confirmed my postal address for shipping purposes and did nothing else. I received the lens I ordered the next day at my home. Wondeful experience – I will return as a customer..

I ordered my Canon lens overnight via e-mail. The following morning, Monday, at 10:00 A.M. (the moment the store opened), I received a personal phone-call from New York confirming my order with the assurance that It would be sent immediately. I was somewhat nervous, as most people are, when placing a substantial sum in the hands of a retailer located hundreds of miles away in a different country. I just wanted to say that I did my homework before going to www.17photo.com when looking to purchase my Canon lens. As this was the most expensive online purchase ever for me, I wanted to be absolutely sure of getting the lens and price that was offered on their web site. Every review I could find online overwhelmingly spoke highly of them, so I decided on 17th Street Photo. The online checkout process was without a doubt, the most straight forward, no non-sense and easy to understand that I've experienced online. I was given the option of checking the shipping prices and total cost BEFORE giving any credit card info. I like this very much. Also, they list the item as in-stock or not, clearly on every item. I called the following morning (a bit nervous of finding out that what I had just ordered would not be in stock), but I was reassured by a person in a relaxed voice telling me "Your all set, no problem!". I felt like I made the right decision! I received my expensive lens in perfect condition, overnight delivery, without a scratch or hitch in the process! Anybody can sell a product.
